The light at the end of the tunnel ...

... has arrived and its name is ... Treasure Ship

It only took 329.75 hours. Next job - a large gin :-)

Congratulations, Jane. It looks amazing. I can't wait to see it. I had not noticed before the wonderful movement of the design, maybe your colour selections have accentuated that. I do like the colours you have used, it has a golden glow to it.

Thank you all. In reply to Paula's question, I rounded up or down the time I spent stitching to the nearest 15 minutes and the total above is what I got when I added them all up.

Congratulations, I have been watching your blog over the months with great interest as I am starting Treasure Ship in July this year. It is a huge amount of work but you must be extremely pleased with the finished result. What's next??

Well Marie, I've got braided chrysanthemum to finish. But there is no rush for that, I have a few ideas for designs I'm working on. But the main thing is to get ready for my phas 10 and teacher class in August. Going to be doing Kusudama for that one.
